Propped feeding for kush strains

How do I figure out the proper ppm for my plant each week I know it changes. I know a good one for week three, but beyond that I’d like some opinions.
Using :
Ocean by fox farms for soil Cal-mag
And the flora trio

Cannabis enjoys 500-600 ppm after cloning, 800-900 ppm when vegetating, and 1000-1100 ppm when flowering.

It's 28C (80F), humidity around 65.
I check the soil (1inch deep) but still feels a little wet even after one day.(despite little water and 80F)

PH and tempDoes the temperature of the feed alter the ph. I made some feed a week ago ph 5.9 but had to turn radiator off in the shed because snow kept melting so feed is now 10c in stead of previous 18c but I checked ph the other day and it had gone up to 9.3 can I put feed in tent 4 heat?Week 6

Slow release soilI know it isnt ideal but how bad is osmocote soil which has slow release shit for the plant? Ive heard some say it works surprisingly fine, i do plan to eventually get the canna terra range of soil and veg/flower nutrients (probs next grow)

runoff PPM extremely high.So, I am using tap water and its ppm is between 300-400. However I just checked by runoff water PPM and it came over 2500 with ph around 6. I have not used any fertilizer whatsoever and the soil is BioBizz Ligth Mix. What could be causing this issue?Other. Other

Only Bloombooster ?is it ok to just give Calmag and bloombooster from here till harvest ? i ask this because the PPM is pretty low (300) but o cant give more then 1ml/L bloombooster says the bottle. i just want to cut out the (N) as rhe leaves are very dark and plant is about to finish. EC madness!!!!About EC. Er...confusing eh? So, if I feed with 1200 and it comes out 2000, I need to lower the feed until it comes out 1600? And if I feed at 1200 and it comes out at 1400 I can increase? Right? Is the whole point of this to give the plant as much feed as she can take?Week 20

TDSI’m on week 6 today. Is this a good TDS reading or should it be higher/lower? I have the unit set to 500 ppm . I used 5 ml/gallon of tiger bloom, 2 ml/gallon of bud candy & big bud. I also added 1 tbsp of epsom salt to lower the ph in my soil.
