Did you water it before that? Looks like mild splash damage. Otherwise, its very early stage of whatever it it.

If its not spreading or if other leaves dont have it i wouldnt worry about it. You might have touched something that the plant didnt like that transferred onto the leaf. Check tomorrow if it has spread then try and look for the problem if it doesnt dont worry about it. Dont expect that leaf to fix itself though, try and see if any newer growths have it.

Calcium deficiency, cal-mag now in hand, water now, or wait for normal scheduled water? Last water yesterday.Plants are suffering from an early stage of calcium deficiency, received a bottle of cal-mag today. Watered last night cause I didn't want to wait any longer. Should I wait for my next water (2 more days) or give a single dose of Cal-mag now, to get some calcium to the plant?

Persistent markings spreading on leavesThe problem came back to this seedling with brown markings on leaves which has spread to 2nd set and slowly spreading the whole leaves. Is this fungus infection or calcium deficiency?Plant seems fine overall but shows brown spots on some leaves (new and old). Week 4 bloom in soil. 3l rain water pH adapted + CalMag to 250 µS/cm. Crazy Hills fert. twice a week (EC 1600 µS/cm). Water pH 5.0, drain pH 7.4, drain EC 1400 ... 1500 µS/cm.
