Are you feeding with calmag ? What are your room temp and RH ? Led ? We need more info to help you, but it looks like you can easily fix by adding calmag. Also they look like you are wagering a bit over needed, or mb to much ppfd, i say this from the way your leafs are curving and shaping them selfs. Any way growers love and hit me if i can be of any help 💚💚💚😇😇😇 happy holidays buddy and happy growing 💚💚💚

It could be from the leaf resting on your grow medium. Or you medium has run out of nutrition and needs some adding to it. Good luck
