Is it normal for my plants to be this small in week 5?

kind of concerned by the growth of the girls or the lack of I feel. Been outdoors and weather has been tough but damn I feel like I’m doing something wrong. Any advise is greatly appreciated as always. Strain is cb dream by crop king seeds

She's a bit small but it looks like she had a bit of issues early on. I'd say you've corrected most of the issues it seems, when you water just do it right at her stem help her taproot grown down before out.. then mist the rest of the topsoil to help keep everything from drying out.. She will blow up before you know it.. Happy growing! 👊
