It seems fine to me. If you are comparing your grow with others, then you should pay attention to the watts difference. Whenever you see plants exploding they have 600+ watts, or at least it's what I have noticed. That said, I think your lamps are really far from the plants and that it may be impairing the grow, I have mines much much closer without any issues, but then again... I don't get such a high temperature... so you need to mind that. Put a ventilator next to it, it helps with the steam size. Your humidity is also very low, you might want to put some water in a cup next to your plants, if you don't want to invest in a humidifier.
