hey, what dose of h2o2 do you put in your water? I put 1ml/l (4.5l in my reservoir) everyday. I try something too : when my roots was bad, I removed all the dead roots, and put the water level below my roots, not touching, the idea is that the bubble sprinkle the roots. I add roots stimulant off course. With this method, I noticed than my plants made new roots pretty quickly (I guess she search to reach the water) and when I have many healthy roots, I add more water (with h2o2 now)

I feel sorry, this plant is not happy. Something is wrong and you have to find out what it is. Or it's in the air, or in the water. Do you have chemical products, cleaning products, paint... somewhere around? Don't add weird stuff (H2O2) in the water, at least it never worked for me. I know, there are people writing stuff but it doesn't work. In this case I would change the water and use bottled water or osmosis water for a test. Just to see if nice white roots can grow again. I don't agree with you, theese roots don't look good and I would try to solve this first. It's just one opinion.

Give it time to recover. Did you give peroxide cause of some microbial growth? No smell, likely just stained from nutes. could be in shock.. give it a secod before reacting too severely.
