Yellow tips on new leafs and some fan leaves

I've been dealing with this yellowing tips on one of them. Have been watering same as the other but this one appeared to be stressing for some reason, been using recharge +cal.mag 1/2 tsp gallon. Any ideas what might have been causing this, light is a SF1000 18" 80% intensity dim

Those leaves are super dark green, id be leaning towards nitrogen or phosphorus toxicity. Either one will slow the growth and affect the over all yields. I would flush every time it drys out until shes good then slowly work up the nutrients.

Seedling light green, just want her to be happy.Seedling is slightly yellowing. First ever hydro grow, just wondering what I should look out for. Yellow/brown marksMy plants are becoming more yellow and now also showing some brown/yellow marks. Nute lock-out?My plants appear to be a yellowish color. I am not sure why. I have tried correcting everything I could think of . Run off pH is consistently 5.8. Ppm/Ec is fine. Light is now at 28in/71cm above canopy only at 70% power. Temperature and humidity stay in great range. I don't know.Week 2
