We are 1 week post flip. Only change so far is growth, plants having a good stretch but nothing else happening, normal or? Am I being too impatient at this stage lol 😂 also at what point should I defoliate abit to cause the least stress thanks

You should begin to see the pre-flowers right about now. Can be hard to spot at first but if you look at new growth you should see leaves kinda bunching like a miniature bud. I usually leaf strip right before sending into flower and let it stretch stress free and then defoliate lightly after she's done stretch around week 3 or 4. Cheers
