Plant is about 3 weeks old en I should have good soil. The leaves are turning brown at the tip and are discoloring unevenly. Anyone who knows the cause and how to fix it? Thanks!

Most soils have enough fertilizer in them to easily see the plant through the first 3 weeks, so if you're seeing discoloration etc that looks like deficiency as early as week 3, its more likely your water (and therefore soil) ph. It should be 6.2-6.8 for soil, with 6.5 being about ideal. Ph test and adjust your water to get it inside that range.

It's probably a very heavily fertilised soil or the pH levels are too high. Do you check your ph is 6-6.5 when watering? 3 weeks is about the time to add nutrients if you haven't yet but if you already are back off for a while. 👍🌱

K deficiency, tips burned with spots... Possibly Mg def if that's interveinal chlorosis... but the burnt tips would be odd for that unless older leaves more progressed issue. Review your labels. Eleiminate the least likely option.. .go from there... if oyu ahven't been pH'ing your feed and irrigation, may want to try that, first. 6.5-6.8 in soil.. if coco 6-6.5
