Found some orange/brown marks on my plant. I'm new to this, so I don't know how to diagnose those problems properly, anyone could help? šŸ˜€ Didn't notice those marks on new growth though.

Hi there, i'd go more into the direction of calicum when it comes to the rusty spots. The leaves look pretty dark green, so i hope that you're not feeding it a bit too much (or were at a point). Do you use tap-water and if so, do you happen to know if it's soft or hard? Do you add any calmag? I honestly don't really like the liquid PH meters, as they're not very exact. Simple to use and maintain, yes, but not very exact. I really would suggest to invest in a decent PH meter as well as an EC meter like the ones from bluelabs (the pens are great). Yes, it is an investment, but only then you know how much you feed your ladies and if it can be absorbed properly. Especially since your grow mentions "soilless" it's important to get the values right, to keep the plants healthy and happy until the end. happy growing!

@The_420 @ijustdontgiveaf @MadeInGermany hey guys, noticed some pre-flowering today on both ladies!!! Do this reenforce my theory of Phosphorous deficiency? Maybe they're starting to get hungry šŸ˜

@ijustdontgiveaf I agree that it looks like Ca deficiency, but I only saw those spots on old leaves, Ca def normally would start on newer leaves, right? I'm thinking that maybe I'm having some pH instability (as I don't have a proper pH pen tester, only those color tests), and it locked absorption of Phosphorous, what do you think?

@MadeInGermany I do not have any EC tests and I only have pH color tests, so I'm not that exact on my pH levels... I use GHE color tests and try to keep it closest possible to yellow (6.0) with a tiny shade of orange, that should put my pH to 5.7~6.0

Hey how much is your ec worth? your Ph with 6.0 is too much for ungrounded substrate :-) go to 5.5-5.8

My newbie guess is Phosphorous and/or Magnesium deficiency... After looking at some deficiency pictures I think it could also be Calcium deficiency or Potassium excess... Basically I'm totally LOST šŸ˜‚
