Root aphids in flowering?

What I initially thought was a nutrient issue I am now convinced is a root aphid issue. Noticed a few small white bugs crawling on top of the soil and I don’t know how to get rid of them without harming my plant. She’s in 5th week of flowering so I don’t think neem is ideal.

You can try a Citric acid-based pesticides: A nontoxic, organic, effective, safe solution to root aphids. It will require a root flush with it as Foliar application won't work with it. Hopefully this helps. Happy Growing.🤟😜

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Root Knot Nematode? Larvae? I think it killed this seedling.I found some type of critter crawling around what was left of the root of a dead seedling.
