Weird growth

Hi i just noticed this orange and green pistil like growth on my plant its not even 2 weeks old yet. Can anyone help my identify what it is just incase there is something wrong. Thanks

thats not a pistil. those 2 "horns" will appear at each node. every plant has them.

Guidance neededbasically had a nute lock out i think somewhere along the line, one plant run of had 1200ppm frostiest one of the two ph from run off was 6.1 i had been feeding at 6.4-6.5 usually. Second plant run of was about 700ppm and ph again was about 6.1-6.2
