Not alot can do 1 week from harvest. As any product will effect the bud. Best option can think of is try throwing the plant in the shower washing them off. Can just leave them then once you harvest wash all the buds before hanging.

Dried leaves and buds in late flower I was away for 2 weeks and during that time my friend was watering her. When I came back all of her leaves were dry and she doesnt look good.
