Supercropping during flower?

Is it fine to super crop my plants now during week 2 and 3 of flowering to thicken up stems in order to support bigger bud growth and to open up the center of the plant for better light penetration?

Hey there, bro! 👋 Awesome carpet! I'm trying to produce the same, the training really pays off! 💪 Flowering in progress, you have every chance to finish with a decent yield! Stretching branches can block the second layer of flowers if it feels like there's not enough light. Use HST without bending and the branches will be under control 👌😇👍 Good luck, bro! 👋

It doesn't look like you need to super crop in there, this is a technique where you bend the main, tallesr stem down to 90c and tie it, so the buds grow horizontally instead 👍🌱

Long thin hairs under microscope.Looking through the microscope I occasionally see a long thin white string? There will just be one or maybe two on a bud. Is this some kind of fungus? Could it be a cat hair? I can't see it with the naked eye.
