In hydro 5.2 pH is too low. 5.5-6.2 is safe. Nutesolution pH tends to rise with temperature and airing, especially if organic nutes are involved. 5.8 to 6.2 fluctuation is not problematic. In hydro some fluctuation is even preferred for optimal nutrient intake. Of course, stable pH is good but it is not set in stone at all.

Could be calcium.. use my nute spreadsheet to calculate total ppms from all products used and make a more informed decision. works with %w/w too.

If you choose to measure by PPM, hydro growers should begin with a solution that has 500 PPM and increase by 50 every week. The pH should be close to 5.5, and at least 5.2. Any nutrient with less than 200 PPM will be very light. Hope this helps friend.. 👊
