Is Watering my plants once a week healthy

Whats up guys im currently growing in 5 gallon pots in happyfrog soil. i was currently watering 2000ml per plant and it took about 3-4 days until next feeding, I up the watering 3000ml now and it takes 6-7 days until next watering is this normal?
is this healthy for my plants

I think as long as the Damsels look healthy and vibrant.
I myself water just once a week, sometimes twice.

Am i doing this right? PPMUnderstanding PPM. Today was a top day, so i took the chance to try out reading ppm's. I had 2Ltrs of mineral water. Ppm 95. I added my CalMag at 1.5mL/L (3mL) Ppm 304. Continued through each nute, got total of 950. I can add more food right? This should match 12L reading right?Week 12

I have stardawg auto seedling. Sprouted 2 days behind my other seedlings. Casing was stuck, and when it finally came off, one of the cotyledon leaves was broken. It is still growing very slowly compared to the others and the second fan leaves look shriveled. Any suggestions?

How to adjust the ppm to the most optimal conditionAnny advise on what to do? I have 3 plant autos 2 different strange i have water and fed them at the same syclus and ppm and ph. I'm in week 9 now. Potassium soil with neem oil and kelp extract as a foliar spray on seedlingsI have doubts about applying some foliar sprays. I've used Neem Oil + Potassium Soap with some kelp liquid extract, together without any issues. The benefit of using it now is obvious, but, are my seedlings too small to handle foliar sprays?
