Hi @ChrisC it seems to me that you are giving too much fertilization. 14 of nitrogen is a very high percentage, 10ml for 1 liter of water is too much for a small plant, I think that if you give 4ml / L it is more than enough, and you will increase the dosage as the plant grows. good luck mate 🙏👍

10 ml sounds quite strong. I recommend that you get an EC / PPM meter, it will help stop guessing how to feed. Keep in mind that plants need a week to fully react to a feeding, so do not feed more than once a week. I would not go over 1 ml per liter since it looks quite concentrated.
