How do I know when I should start flushing?

This is my first ever grow and I was just wondering, how and when can I tell that it's time to start flushing?

Usually 1-2 weeks before with a drainage of at least 20-30% to understand it depends on you more white hairs 30% more psychedelic sativa 0% white hairs more indica so more body-focused.

Over or under wateringAutos from crop king.Am i over watering or under, PH is 6.8. My LED is 18" from the canopy the leaves on some are curling up! I've been using a sprayer to water. Using 3.5 gallon pots. I water about 1-2 times per day. Day 9-10 from sprout are they small?

Good or bad idea? Is it acceptable/correct to prepare watering for the whole week?I prepared watering once for the next day and I saw cloudy water (it should means protein degradation). I just switched to Jungle Juice and gave my plants a small amount based on the instructions.
How many times per week do you usually feed them? I was going to go with 2 times per week for now. In the case of this plant it is about 7'' tall.
