Looks like a boron deficiency, but you don't run into trace element issues often. MAybe, a pH or imbalance in what you feed.
use my nute spreadsheet to calculate the ppms you provide. it will help deduce what is going on.. If you see a ton of something you thought was deficient, it's clearly not that. it is linked in my main profile comments.
pH, concentration and ratios of the elements will matter. something can be abundant but not available.
An EC meter can tell you of any buildup in your runoff...
investigate, measure, re-assess.. don't just go toss something in because someone says K-deficiency, or boron deficiency.. that more what it lokos like, though. K-def shouldn't be up top first though i don't htink.
