What are these orange spots on my leaves?

Last night I applied Dr. Zymes for the 1st time and this afternoon I noticed these orange spots. This plant had a shell issue when it sprouted which caused the weird curling of the leaves.

Leaf edges a bit yellow and now some yellow mottling. Signs of the same problem?Leaf discoloration now on a few leaves.... What is going on with these leaves?Tips of top leaves slightly brown, no curling. We had some hot days where humidity was kept low, but heat from dehumidifier plus outside temps got up to 91f. Nute lockout or deficiency? Flush with Florakleen @ week 10 ok?I am running 4 gal autopots on 50 Coco/Perlite with Jacks 321@80% strength (800PPM), up from 650PPM previous week. Have been seeing curling and leaves dying although the bottom area is green.

Nutrient toxicity or deficiency?I seem to have a nute toxicity or deficiency for all I know even a Ph issue but, water in was 6.2 water out was 6.4 daytime temps stay steady in the 69-73 degree range humidity has been on the low end around 15% but I have a humidifier in there now keeping it close to 55% now.Week 5
