Hi!
Best way is to break the plastic container ands try to transfer as much of the soil clump you can to that pot. If it does not fir you can try to shake some soil off and fit it then!
Try not to brake the roots while doing it to avoid too much stress.
If you don't want to break the pot you can wet the soil thoroughly to get it to clump and try to slide the whole thing out of the container gently

2 day update after changing light. Is progress okay?Hello, on Monday i changed my light from some scam of a light that said 50w, to a mars hydro ts600. This is the 2 progress since then. Ignore the loss of a quarter of one of the cotyledons :))

Nitrogen Toxicity?Not sure if this is nitrogen toxicity or normal leaf color. Crinkling was caused by too much light and the fan. Got better in 24h after adjusting grow light and fan. Plants are starting week 2 of veg, Hulkberry Auto. Medium is light mix soil.
