I've seen worse, you will get some weed from it but not much unless you get a proper grow light and setup. Otherwise stick that in the garden and let the sun takeover

When has a plant stopped veg and start flowering ?what are some indictators ?How do you really know when a plant stops the vegatative state and enters the Bloom phase the plant I am growing first seemed like it is about to start to flower but then the stems start growing like crazy after adding Bid bud and bud Blood so I am a little unsure now.
