Advice please

Every few days spray top and bottom of all leaves with your neem oil spray which I’m guessing is mixed with soap , preferably potassium soap mate. Do this for two weeks so you cover all cycles of the pests. I’ve just had the same problem but was into flowering so had to take a more drastic measure by using hot shot no pest strip , it got rid of everything over night and now I use it overnight every other day which I will stop after two weeks . It’s odourless and will not harm your plant but make sure it’s not somewhere indoors your breathing in longer then four hours. diatomaceous earth On top of your soil would help too.
