You are bulking by picture not harvest yet. Your plant is hungry for potassium and phosphorus. It is trying to put on weight. This is the plant eating itself to make up for what it is missing. Very light nitrogen. Unless these leaves are at bottom. It would be nitrogen deficiency and in that case I would not worry much. Nitrogen can hinder bud development if it is too strong in bulking.

If I correctly interpret the color of your pistils in the background, your lady is approaching harvest. It is then normal for the leaves to change colour. "Autumn" has come for the plant.

I had 2 air lines in this 1 bucket. The only thing I did different was take one of the air stones & line I had out of the bucket to start a forth bucket. Could me taking away that extra air be the problem & can I save it by adding it back or is this more of a nutrient burn?
