Is this mold?

Is this mold or healthy bacteria? Or maybe salt buildup? I found it on my fabric pot today. I did feed her ecothrive biosys 4-5 gram about 1,5 week ago.

Hey, it's not mold dont worry. It's your benificial bacteria colonization within your pot.. nothing to worry about at all 🙂

Is my plant healthy?Should I be worried about all the discolored and crispy fan leaves? Temp did spike, as we had a mini heat wave. So Temps hit about 92 degrees for a few days. Not sure how much longer this has before chopping. Any advice appreciated!
