you are in soil so upto 14 days is a viable option. If you think the canopy has faded a bit too much, maybe do 7-10? you'll find varied opinions. I doubt it impacts taste, but could definitely have other effects.

No Idea what to do to help...Still Having an issue with 1 of the 5. Why is this one look and growing this way? Other 4 seem to be doing fine. Seedling stopped growingSeedling 6/6 did not fully open its cotys and started to develop these small leaves. But then didn’t grow any further. The root is about 3.5” long and still white, but worrries because the plant is not growing that it may rot? Should I remove it from the grow? Should I leave it?
