you are in soil so upto 14 days is a viable option. If you think the canopy has faded a bit too much, maybe do 7-10? you'll find varied opinions. I doubt it impacts taste, but could definitely have other effects.

Is my plant generally okay?Just want to know if she’s looking okay. I see some brown-ish spots close to her new leaves and I’m hoping it just has something to do with the colour of her stems or some other insignificant reason.
