you are in soil so upto 14 days is a viable option. If you think the canopy has faded a bit too much, maybe do 7-10? you'll find varied opinions. I doubt it impacts taste, but could definitely have other effects.

Transplant FuckeryI have four plants I transplanted from 1gal to 3gal fabric pots. When flipping them I had a bunch of dirt fall out the side of the pot down onto the buds.
