Worried about flowering stage

Hello I'm not sure if these plants are looking good for flowering stage. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong because they havent really grown much and trichomes have been the same for the past 2 3weeks. I'm I just rushing the process or is there something going that I dont knw

Heat WaveCurrently growing some Auto‘s but we in a big heat wave at the moment.. daytime it gets around 35-40 degree Celsius - I don’t have any possibility to cool my baby’s down. Is it bad if it continues for more than a week?

What type of flowring?Hi guys, Should I be doing 12-12 instead of 18-6 now? I am growing automatics, but they seem to be growing slow. Should I change to 12-12? Harvest times?Hi guys, it's about 6 weeks since I noticed the first little small flowers. What do you think about it? I could harvest in three days otherwise I'll have to harvest in two weeks because I'm leaving. Some friends will take care of them but won't harvest for me.
