Worried about flowering stage

Hello I'm not sure if these plants are looking good for flowering stage. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong because they havent really grown much and trichomes have been the same for the past 2 3weeks. I'm I just rushing the process or is there something going that I dont knw

Having a bad 1 today noticed this on 2 plants is it nute burn?. Strugglin 2 understand how, I've only fed them 500ml each,Another thing is these droopy leaves people have said overwatered but I've only fed the 3 days ago that was after a 10 day dry out after potting up to 11L?. Neem spray Hey guys yet another question. I only have access to the grow in the day time and had to treat my plants with neem oil/organic soap spray to protect from spider mites. The lights are about 1 meter above and dont give off alot of heat do you thing they will be ok?

¿¿Que debería hacerle a la planta ??Le están saliendo tallos por abajo pero no les da la luz porque la planta tiene cuatro hojas grandes que tapan toda la planta. ¿ creéis que debería quitar las 4 hojas y abrir la planta por abajo o cortar los tallos de abajo y centrarme solo en la parte de arriba ?
