Worried about flowering stage

Hello I'm not sure if these plants are looking good for flowering stage. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong because they havent really grown much and trichomes have been the same for the past 2 3weeks. I'm I just rushing the process or is there something going that I dont knw

18 weeks, but I'm not sure she's ready.The plant is 18wks old. Leaves are getting yellow, some buds are so fat the branches bend under the weight.
I'm worried some pistons are still white and I can still see some clear trichoms, but she's 3 weeks after the recommended date of harvesting.
