Hey Growmie, defoliation can stress out your plants if done too often, the plant will recover, but it needs time to do so. I typically defoliate 1 week before I flip to flower, then again around week 3 of flower. At that point bud development should be the focus and new leaves should slow down. Another defoliation just before harvest can help with your trim time! At this point in flower I would just tuck and bend the leaves away from the bud sites so they get optimal growth, without affecting your bud development. Good luck Growmie 👊🇨🇦❤️
