Germinate

Hey bro! 👋 A damp paper towel or damp cotton pads - it doesn't matter. The main thing is to put it in a dark place, in a box or a cabinet. Personally, I do this using cotton pads, placing the seed between them, putting the pads in a zip-lock bag, and exhaling my carbon dioxide from my lungs into it (carbon dioxide stimulates the seed to germinate). The bag goes in a dark cabinet, and I check it once a day, exhaling new gas into the bag and moistening the drying pads. The cotton pad should be well wrung out of water, not soaking wet. Usually, germination takes about 24-48 hours. 👌😇👍 Good luck, bro!

I use the paper towel method for every grow, but prior to that, I let the seeds soak for about 16-18 in a glass of water. The key to the paper towel method is to keep the paper towel moist and don't let it completely dry out then once you've got a tap root that is 1-2 cm long it's time to place it in the soil. I personally don't like the paper towel method.. i'm not the most nimble picking up those little things and or they end up sticking and ripping on the paper towels in my experience. some peat pods or a root riot starter are my go too's.. Hope this helps friend! Happy growing! 👊
