Looks like it's on the new growth. My guess it would be Zinc deficiency.

This looks like a classic case of light burn the top part of the plant seems damaged which is close to the light source.

Day 24 and yellow / brown leaf tips.Day 24 and yellow / brown leaf tips. I wrote a full overview in my diary entry this week. Plant had yellow lower leaf tips from week 2. Added coffee for nitrogen.
