Your seedling looks perfectly normal for some strains of cannabis and is not a sign of poor nutrition or anything else. At this stage, once the seedling has a couple of energy producing "solar panels", it will then concentrate on getting its roots going for a few days before getting leaf growth underway. Don't worry, it does not need fertilizing, just a bit of time to "get its act together", before taking off. The lime green colour is caused by the chlorophyll also taking a bit of time to get its act together and of no concern at this stage of life. Hope this helps,......... Organoman.

Maybe introduce food with nitrogen in but make sure not to over water as that could be just as bad to younger plants

Burnt tips and yellowing leaves About two week ago, lower leaves started yellowing, and I saw burn leave tips, so I suspected nutrient burn. I only watered with tap 6.5 pHed water since, but the burnt tips and yellowing are getting worse continuously. At least 3 largest lower leaves died off over the period.
