Biobizz nutes ratio

Hi guys, looking for advice on how much bio bizz bloom and how much biobizz grow I should be using, I’m in week 3 of flowering. Currently Using 1.5 ml per litre of grow and 4ml of bloom Per litre. Is this about right? Thanks in advanced.

ADVICE FOR BEGGINERNEED ADVICE :(
They are small for 30 days. I don't want to make more mistakes ( overwatering, transplanting, maybe feeding) and interrupt growing.
Am I doing everything right or i must to change something?

Potassium soil with neem oil and kelp extract as a foliar spray on seedlingsI have doubts about applying some foliar sprays. I've used Neem Oil + Potassium Soap with some kelp liquid extract, together without any issues. The benefit of using it now is obvious, but, are my seedlings too small to handle foliar sprays? Watering?Still having a lil trouble when to water I was def over watering by watering every 2 days too early in, its been 4 days since I last watered them and the meter I use says dry to moist kinda in-between, should I water when it's completely dry or is it ok to now? Appreciate input

Canna Aqua users (Hydro) : What Ec do you start with ?I usually feed them with "Canna Start" at the beginning and when they are 8-9 days old I use "Canna Aqua" with 0.8 ec (+0.3 tap water) but this time it overfed them. What's your EC when you start nutrition ?

dosing via feed schedulewhat is 3.2.1 and 1.2.3 etc when people take about nutrients and feeding i am using biobizz and going by the biobizz feed schedule found online does this mean
for example
1.= 1ml N
2. = 2ml P
3. = 3ml k and vice versa
