Time of feeding

Is there a particular time in the light cycle that is best for watering/feeding? Do you feed during the plants rest period? I grew outside last year, but am using an indoor tent with soil this year.

Never during mid day because it's the hotter moment of the day so the difference between the solution temps and the soil temps could shock her but also because watter will evaporate with the sun rather than beeing used by the plants , during night time is also a watering window to avoid indoor because the water will bring the relative humidity higger than usual and if the plants are flowering then you could experiment a bud rot , the best time is in the morning just before the light turns on , for exemple and as an outdoor grower too I was watering my plants at 5 pm and the sun was rising around 6pm

Hi girl! My cannabis girls are only in hydro but I have grown chilies in soil. I did not think about the time of the day when I gave water to them, I only did it when I had the time to it etc. There might be some science that maybe first thing in the morning some fresh water and nutes would be good so the plant has all day to use that fresh stuff, but this is just speculation on my behalf :D You just need to kinda "feel" when they need it. It all depends on your style also but you don't need to water the girls during the night unless you forgot and they are drooping. Plants don't photosynthesize during the night but they transpire and I believe that they won't drink through the roots during the night.
