Odd growth on one plant

My Glueberry number 2 does not look right. I know I should not compare plants, but they are all 7 days old not, and it feels like rubber and that leaf is curling in. It is also missing it's two little finger leaves. The soil is dry and I find it hard to believe it watered? Ideas?

Hey there 👋
One liter seems like a bit too much water at this point of their growth. What you see above the soil is an indication of what is going on below. Let her dry out a bit more, and cut back on water amount untill she’s looking better. Don’t want to risk the root rot.

The soil is too dry! The soil is too compacted! You're not watering it enough!
Before watering with nutrients, try to follow the rule that you shouldn't water nutrients into completely dry soil! If the soil is dry, first take water with the right pH and lightly moisten it....wait 5 minutes and then apply a standard watering with nutrients on top.
At this age, it already wants to drink about 500 milliliters of liquid a day! And you're giving it, judging by your diary, 20 milliliters of water! That's nothing for a plant even during germination! That's way too little liquid! 👆

first run help!!! ppm hit 1200 so flushed now what ?i need some help this my first run inside and really not doing that good .... i mixed a bad of coco loco with a 5kg bag of cococoir ppm was 400ish but i wasint thinking and mixed up a ml of cal mag a 2 ml of fox farm and soaked the lil girls with it... ppm was 1200+ flushed now?
