ph swings causing varying growth rates - causes the waving.
looks like start of a K-deficiency.
now, it's important to make sure pH and general health of substrate is corrected, first. it can be tied in with the other issues seen.
low boron can also cause twisting lieaves, but you are in soil and that'd be damn near impossible with normal soil. it could be from ph-drift locking it out, though
So, you'll need to apply a little deductive reasoning while planning how to react and the order in which you do it. check teh pH of soil slurry or runoff. Expect these measurements to be off from expectation, but not significantly far off... runoff will be different from what you add and that is not necessariyl a bad thing. if it is significantly off, then you can be more sure that the rhizosphere needs a pH adjustment and you should wait until that works out before any major formula change to feeding.
6,5 to 6,8 is good for soil / soil nutes. go 6 to 6,2 ish if using hydro nutes (100% plant availabe immediately and 100% soluble = hydro nutes).
if you weren't ph-adjusting any water added, start doing so now. extra runoff will help transition to a better range, but also leech your amended nutes out faster. if oyu do this, be prepared to fertilize a bit more than previously as the soil will contribute a bit less, most likely.
Use more perlite. plants are more easily kept content with a happy rootzone. there's so little perlite you are getting limited o2 penetration and it probably stays excessively wet for far too long. go closer to 50/50 with soil and 70/30 coco/perlite (coco holds 2/3rds the water per volume, so it needs less perlite)
so i'd get teh ph checked out first, mayb back off the fertilizer a bit as it's lush, but rebalance for a bit more K despite the overall drop in EC. be patient and see how it goes.
