the intraveinal chlorosis (yellowing between the veins) is often coupled with a lack of magnesium, while the necrotic spots can be a calcium deficiency.. i suggest checking with an EC meter the hardness of your water (if you don't use RO water or distilled water) and then add some calmag..

Are the brown spots half way and to the top, fabric planters? When they get filled with roots nutes and water start pouring out the sides long before the entire root system get saturated. Make sure you have 20 to 30% runoff after watering and check your runoff ph and ec levels. Cheers friend

Hello This one may have gotten more angry than the others, possibly unhappy roots from the watering practices. Chronic under watering can definitely lead to yellowing leaves and deficiencies, so I'd say try to stay on top of good watering practices for several days before adding extra nutrients in. But the leaf with the spots does make me think of the need of a calmag supplement, so if things don't clear up soon look into adding that to your regimen. 👍
