bright spots on older growth

Any idea what these bright spots can mean? Plant is 2 1/2 weeks old and those spots show only on older growth.

Looks more like a pH issue. Was the coco washed and buffered? Many brands claim to already be....how well they did so is often debatable.

HELP: Defficiency or oversaturation? [Genetics: Autoflower (blckbrry x afghan) 20 days old]Symptoms: stunted growth + Pale lime green leaves + edges are curling upwards (canoeing) + Leaf vein is purple + drooping + burn spots on tips and leaf face
Nutes used on day 12: 1/2 of a crushed fert stick (13-4-5) diluted into ph neutral water.

Is This Mildew On My Leaves?So I mentioned these pale colors on my leaves in my last question. (Please see last photo in Week 3).
I have made a mistake - after scraping the leaf with my hand, it is definitely something on the leaves!

What are these white marks on my leaves?On my last photo it shows these unusual white marks all over the leaf. This is on the GSC #2 plant.
It has been like this on other leaves since a while ago. It looks like white material ON the leaf, but its actually the leaf itself.

HELP—Trained eye needed for a nutrient deficiency diagnostic!!!—HELPCan anyone help me with diagnosing what appears to be a nutrient deficiency? I used Jobe's fertilizer sticks (13-4-5) [I know, horrible stuff but its all I could get for the next two weeks] which I diluted to 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 of the recommended amount as per label. Light green/lime green new growthCan anyone tell me why my new growth is light green/lime green? Is that normal? Start of 3rd week of flowering. Otherwise healthy from what I can tell.
Some lower growth is weak and flimsy but I think that’s normal considering how small the branches are.Week 11

Possible deficiency/humidity/pH problemI've been struggling with same problem from beginning of grow - leaves having these dry yellow/white spots. The first week I used too high pH which later I replaced by rainwater - new leaves were healthy, but last night I left tent at 70% RH. Somehow it returned - still rainwaterLeaves. Tips - Burnt

Thoughts about light green leaves subtle light spots?Leaves are consistantly light green in color. 3 week old plant, upped nutrient strength to 420ppm a few days ago.
There are lighter spots on a few leaves, one is by my thumb in this photo. Others are visible. Does this look like a deficiency? pH is 6.
