bright spots on older growth

Any idea what these bright spots can mean? Plant is 2 1/2 weeks old and those spots show only on older growth.

Looks more like a pH issue. Was the coco washed and buffered? Many brands claim to already be....how well they did so is often debatable.

Seedlings yellow and showing spotsPicture of just the leaf is 11 days old. Thought maybe I was over watering it and I've only been watered it twice in a week about a cup each. spots are on it now. Temps have been mid 70s and humidty mid 60s. Picture of the smaller plant is about a week younger than other plant.5y ago

hey so do you think that being planted in a one gallon compared to a 5 gallon truly affected the growth speed of these two and if so should I transplant soon because if theory holds true the one gallon pot plants leaves extend pass the border meaning the root zone is too big.Week 4

Single brighter/yellow leaves while floweringHi fellow growers,
Again I have to kindly ask for your help. She's in week 7 now, the 2nd week of flowering. I've noticed only the two largest leaves to shift towards a brighter green, almost yellowish. I'm hoping it's because of the flowering but I'm far from sure.

Add CalMag or Manganese? Still slightly discolored and veiny leaves on week 6Calcium or Manganese deficiency? Last week had what I thought was early calcium deficiency. Gave it a dose of CalMag but now not sure if it’s still Calcium or possibly Manganese.
