Hey Growmie,
It's really not good to defoliate after week 3 of flower, because it could cause stress to the plant and that's a big no-no during flower. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time"

you can but only the leaves which disturb (range) its little be beneficial as bad it depends on the stage of the plant and as well as the conditions

Thanks for your answer @Mr_Weeds_Auto. That's a bummer because i defoliated the shit out of it yesterday and the week before :/ does that only mean that I should add like a week to the flowering process or did it more harm than good?
