Yield is (mostly) based on light power (watts) and training (your skill). As a beginner I would expect up to 0.25 grams per watt, that would make it 100 grams (3.5 oz +- 0,5 oz). As your skill grows, you can expect 0.5 grams per watt (200 grams or 7 oz) and up to 1 gram per watt (400 grams or 14 oz).

I usually yield between 1-2 oz per Auto. Looks like your girl should be in that range also. She’s beautiful by the way. Well done! 👍
