Absolutely use your lights. Give your girls a little sleep, they actually do a lot of their growing and bulking in their rest state. Gives your girls time to use the nutes they have taken up and ready to take up more when the lights come back on. Grow on friend. Cheers

Hello It looks like the big girls been flowering for a couple weeks now....but the little girls look like they might just be starting their flowering so they may do a bit of a boost in growth here this week. But they may just be the smaller varieties also. Definitely have the flowering light on, if you have the option of veg/flower or full spectrum I'd use full spec right now. Personally I think all living things benefit from sleep, so I'm more into a 20/4 or 18/6 schedule but lots of people have success with 24 hours. If you're able to keep one light over the tall one and then another over the shortie that would probably work best. Just keep growing forward and keep the light a safe distance from the tall girl.✌️
