If you have mould in your buds, there is little you can do other than to cut it away and throw it in the garbage. Do not smoke mouldy buds, it is very bad for your health.
Prevention is better than cure, so make sure you have excellent ventilation during the flowering stage and a low humidity environment, 40% or less is ok.
As long as the relative humidity is low and you have excellent air circulation/ventilation, there should be no need to do anything else, apart from not wetting the foliage or flowers with anything - water or foliar sprays.
Remember too, anything you spray on your plants' flowers will be something that you will be consuming, so definitely no chemicals! A solution of milk and water can be made to treat powdery mildew if identified at an early stage on the leaves, but there is nothing that will really stop Botrytis.
Again, prevention is your only real option. If you already have mouldy flowers, remove as much as possible, which will be sad, but unless you remove all of it, the mould will spread rapidly and you will lose a lot, lot more. Making sure your humidity levels are very low is the best way to prevent further growth of moulds/fungus.
Hope this helps,............
