On a 12/12 from seed would you remove all side shoots to allow for one fat chunky main cola or just let her do her thing? First time using this method. Advice would be appreciated.. thank you 👌🌱

In my opinion, if your going straight to 12/12 cycle don't do any cutting or LST. Most plants don't get very big under 12/12 so you don't want to slow it down. It should make 1 good cola without being touched.

Personally, I have no idea why anyone would grow at 12/12 from seed, you may as well speed things up and give her 18/6 and then switch to 12/12 when you are happy with her size. This would easily save you a minimum of 3-4 weeks of the whole cycle. Since you are growing with such a limited light supply, I would just let her do her thing without any extra stresses, she is already under enough stress by only getting twelve hours of light and growing with an abnormal metabolism. Cheers, Organoman.

Yes, I would and I would also top the plant to get more growth and even canopy—- however, I wouldn’t do any of that yet until she gets bigger and healthy. ✌️🏻💚🌿💨

I would leave it as is for now if your doing straight 12/12. In a week or 2 you should have an idea if its going be bushy or not. If its looking to bushy for you then I would remove the side colas.
