I have a branch that has produced 4 nodes all at the same level and the next set of nodes are doing the same. Is this a mutation or a result of fiming ?

3/5 plants turning yellowish lime greenLeaves turning yellow on just the larger 1s, same feeding schedule of gh products. Maybe nitrogen or calmag deficiency? 1st time this has ever happened esp w them all being the same strain would figure they would be good w the same-ish nutrient guideline.
