Over watering

Either or, symptoms are similar. She does look a little over watered and droopy. Just remember to only water once the soil is dry. If you are using mineral nutrients you could take it to desert dry but if you're using organic nutrients, they prefer to still be a little damp. Water when the first few inches of soil are dry.
