Either or, symptoms are similar. She does look a little over watered and droopy. Just remember to only water once the soil is dry. If you are using mineral nutrients you could take it to desert dry but if you're using organic nutrients, they prefer to still be a little damp. Water when the first few inches of soil are dry. This will keep any beneficial bacteria and microbes alive. I hope this helps, good luck and happy growing

Leaf damage/discolourationThe yellowing is from an earlier issue but now I'm noticing brown spots and the leaves curling up, some getting crispy-ish. I recently lowered the lights a few inches, knowing I was pushing the safe limits. Is this from the lights or is more likely a nutrient/pH imbalance?
