You need to check out the trichomes on the main buds. They should be milky and 10-20% amber.
But the plant photo looks like she need minimum 2 more weeks.

Can't really judge from the photos. Besides you can only figure this out by looking at the pistils and trichomes.

When to harvest? and general opinion on the buds :)I have two automatic gorilla cookie flowers. One of them is more advanced in terms of the flowering stage and I'm not sure when I should cut it.
It is currently about three weeks in bloom but I do not have a microscope to check the trichomes. I will only have it in two weeks.

To flower or not to flower?Some of the plants are 6 inches high and others 7 inches. looking great with thick leaves and strong stems - tent is 120cmx60cmx120, thinking to flip to 12/12 at the end of next week which will be 4 weeks veg.
