When i put my plants outside on The Sun,can i put Them later under The lamps? Im worry that they will not be on time beacouse in The end of October its not anymore Good temperature outside

Weird question. Never experienced this in 7 years of outdoor growing.I had been noticing little holes and disturbed dirt. It was like I buried a golf ball just below the surface of like 5 plants and dug em up. Come to find out there's a few toads that apparently live there or at least crash there at night. I grew in coconuts,for a week now the plants have been drinking only clean water.why don't the plants turn yellow?i don't want to smoke nutrientbefore I started rinsing, I gave them a nutrient called canna flush,now growing for the first time in coconut
I used these nutrients during flowering:Plagron Coco a/Coco b ,Green Sensation.somewhere I read it takes a week to coconut rinse,Any advice on how long do I have to wait?
