Using different kind of water

So i Have a reef tank, this demands +40L of RODI(Demineralised water) water change weekly
Waster water is over 80L
Can i use waste water for my plants? it will contain some elements tho
Can i use RODI? is there any advantage or some kind?

my tap water is ~250ppm... i don't have issues.
depends on what those elements are and what concentration they will be...
some stuff is good to have.. just like in hard water. you will need more precise information to make an educated decisions, or you can test it out with one plant for an entire grow -- important in case of slow buildup to observe for a long enough period of time.
RO? reverse osmosis? people use it all the time. again, some fertilizers may expect you to mix with tap water, which is more often alkaline.. just make sure pH and such comes out. you may need some additional Ca, Mg, Fe or even Cl, but it's not for certain... you'll ahve to watch and see.. your fertilzer labels will be of great use to make a good guess.

IMO, too much effort to make "heavy" water usable for plants. I have an RO machine, and just throw the waste water on the grass.
I also have 2 final filters. One to demineralize, and one to add the right amount of cal-mag, to improve taste.

Hello
Rodi water is ok for plants but you'll need to add nutrients back in, especially the micronutrients. Rodi filtration removes all those minerals etc that are common to people using tap water etc. So watch for deficiencies.

What do you guys count as day 1 of flower, the flip to 12-12 or the first pistils comin in?I ask because I wanna make sure I'm counting accurately for the timing of the flush. My GSC took 2 weeks of 12-12 before showing pistils so is that actually 2 weeks of flower or does 8-10 weeks of flower start from the first pistils?Week 9

Should I start feeding again since breeders harvest time seems to be to short?If my grow is looking like harvest around 15 weeks. GC puts GG AUTO at 55-65 days flower time. Would you recommend abandoning the flush and resume feeding for another week and then beginning the flush or should I just keep flushing till leaves start to yellow and harvest

It has some white hairs, what confuses me more is that Critical (feminised) has same. This is "random" from my diary. Might be hermaphrodite?
