my tap water is ~250ppm... i don't have issues.
depends on what those elements are and what concentration they will be...
some stuff is good to have.. just like in hard water. you will need more precise information to make an educated decisions, or you can test it out with one plant for an entire grow -- important in case of slow buildup to observe for a long enough period of time.
RO? reverse osmosis? people use it all the time. again, some fertilizers may expect you to mix with tap water, which is more often alkaline.. just make sure pH and such comes out. you may need some additional Ca, Mg, Fe or even Cl, but it's not for certain... you'll ahve to watch and see.. your fertilzer labels will be of great use to make a good guess.
