Possible Thrips?

I am new to growing heading into week 4. I believe I might have a small Thrip issue. I noticed small white bugs yesterday and then when I just checked on the ladies I noticed a small shiny trail on a leaf. You can see it leaf damage on my journal for today Plant 1. Any advice?

Yep, that's a thrip. You'll likely notice light green splotches on the plant too. Neem oil to get rid of them. Regular defoliation to help keep them gone.

hey friend Go to the store and buy a bottle of Dr Bonners castile soap. Make a spray bottle of 3/4 water 1/4 soap and thats one mean bug blaster. Good to the earth and to the plants...minimal or nonexistent side effects. They sell it everywhere, grocery stores, walmart/targets, pharmacy stores. You can use plain dish soap but castile seems to break down their outer body better and faster. That's the most successful product ive used.👍

Fungus gnats ruined my last grow and I just found one in my tent. I mixed food grade diatomaceous Earth in my soil just in case, but it looks like it didn’t work. I topped the soil with more and have a moving fan. Is there anything else I can do? I’m scared of another infestation

Tanlin drops. Yey or ney?Has anyone had much experience with Tanlin drops for a fungus gnat infestation? I have to leave my babies for one whole week and I'm not sure to leave em to dry out completely for the week or soak em with some Tanlin drops to try and eliminate the pest?

Bug control info needed for outdoors Could you please suggest some safe bug killer powders or solutions for Cannabis plants growing outdoors. I have not found the bugs that are making little round holes in the leaves. No aphids or spider mites visible. I live on east coast of Canada, if that information is helpful.

IPM Advice for outdoor I'm looking for advice on IPM for my outdoor plants. They've not kicked into flower yet, and I want to be well-prepped beforehand to deal with any bugs that may attack my girls. Here we have thrips, spider mites, aphids and caterpillars mainly. The BD stayed short and I also think it produces the buds slowly. The big plant is still on veg but if not an auto like the other ones then it surely is female. How much should I water them and should I use the nutrients again? Also what lamp height(125W CLF)? Am I close to flush
