Bug control info needed for outdoors

Could you please suggest some safe bug killer powders or solutions for Cannabis plants growing outdoors. I have not found the bugs that are making little round holes in the leaves. No aphids or spider mites visible. I live on east coast of Canada, if that information is helpful.

Grab a spray bottle put 3 drops of dawn dish soap fill bottle like warm water spray plants. Kills the mite by suffocation, kills egg sacs on plants. Other then that Neem oil but you really don't wanna do it, tbh it kills the taste at harvest....

I would spray neem oil now, still in growing phase so no chance on bad taste. Also release some ladybugs or plant some companion herbs and flowers near. They attract good bugs. Sticky traps around the plant also good solution.

I am a new grower trying to grow Chrystal by Nirvana. I have Phlizon 900w. LED Veg. lights going in a 3x3x5 tent and 6 plants. Temp is 78 degrees and humidity is 55% , ph with and without Nutrients is 6.2. Over the last few weeks I have brought the light down from 36" to 21" above the canape. I topped at the 5th. node and my plants are going into week 4 with no shock. They are only 4.5 inches tall in a 5 gal. cloth pot. and 3.5 gal. plastic pot. Do they need more light? Any suggestions?
