Pruning weak branches in week 3 flower?

BermudaCower
BermudaCowerstarted grow question 4 years ago
First grow, flower week 3. I counted 18 colas today, for a 1.7gal pot and only 75watts of LED, would it be bad to remove 3-4 of the weakest looking ones? Or to remove some of the budding sites lower on the branches that don't get much light? Worried about popcorn buds Thanks!

Absolutely take any you think won't mature. Get all that energy to those top colas where it belongs! .👊

Thanks Kannabliss, I went ahead with the light pruning. I took off two tiny shoots with only a few pistils, and probably like 15-20 of the inward facing fan leaves. I read a lot of warnings about avoiding pruning during flowering so I was a little afraid to stress it/hermie it. Other people seem to advocate for a 3rd week defoliation, so lets see how this goes.
